		<description>I loved reading Mary’s story. I often couple doing something I love with going to the gym. At the moment, I am going to the gym and listening to my favorite authors on my i-pod, as I change, run on the tread mill, do weights and stretch. It makes what could be a rather repetitive and boring ritual more interesting. Today I will go to the gym to be in my body and enjoy the thoughts of Eckhart Tolle. It is sooo nourishing!</description>
